The Belqis Channel correspondent reported that fifteen civilians were killed and injured in a coalition raid in the “Khub and Al Shagaf” district in Al-Jawf governorate.
Our correspondent said, that the raid targeted a residential community of the Maatara tribe in the Khashm Harb region, which led to the death and injury of fifteen civilians, including eight children.
Our correspondent indicated that the targeted area is located long distances from the confrontation lines.
This comes as the coalition forces announced that they had shot down an unmanned aircraft launched by the Houthi militia towards Saudi territory.
The spokesman for the coalition, Turki Al-Maliki, confirmed that the booby-trapped plane was launched from Hodeidah Governorate, but the joint forces intercepted and destroyed it, without specifying the location.
He added that the Houthi militia continues to use the Hodeidah Governorate as a place to launch its hostilities, which represents a real threat to regional and international security, and a undermining of political efforts.
